Key Responsibilities- Teach students in the PN program, adhering to state standards and curriculum guidelines.
- Develop and implement effective teaching methods, ensuring student engagement and understanding.
- Evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- Maintain program accreditation requirements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and manage program documentation, including curriculum outlines and administrative reports.
- Collaborate with colleagues and administrators to ensure program success and student support.
- Participate in staff development training, staying current with industry trends and best practices.
- Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of three years of practice as a licensed registered nurse within the preceding seven years.
- Current Georgia or eNLC (enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact) RN License.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university.
- Long-term care and hospital experience.
- Teaching experience in post-secondary education.
