Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional guest services by efficiently managing the check-in and check-out of hotel guests; process all payments in line with established hotel protocols; provide information and assistance to guests and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of customer service experience; prior hotel experience is preferred.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with guests, management, and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in computer usage is preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with local attractions and activities suitable for guests.
