We are seeking Board Certified or Eligible Fellowship Trained (ACGME) Interventional Pain Management Physicians for a prominent practice in Southwest Florida. This opportunity arises due to the expansion and growth of our well-established and thriving group.
Position Highlights:
- No Call: Enjoy a balanced work-life with office hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Requirements: Candidates must possess ACLS, BLS certifications, and be Board Certified or Eligible. Anesthesiology or PM&R Residency Training along with an Interventional Pain Medicine Fellowship (ACGME) is required.
- Advanced Procedures: Proficiency in several advanced techniques such as SCS, MILD, Kyphoplasty, Vertiflex, Minuteman, Viadisc, Discogram, Posterior Lumbar Fusion, and SI Fixation is essential.
- Payor Mix: The practice serves a diverse patient base including Commercial, Medicare, Tricare, and Workers' Compensation (No Medicaid).
- Patient Volume: Patient volume varies between the Surgery Center and Clinic.
- Compensation Structure: Initial term of 2 years with a competitive guaranteed base salary. A production bonus of 40% on collections exceeding $1M is also available.
- Ownership Opportunity: This role offers a partnership-track with co-investment eligibility.
- Comprehensive Benefits: Enjoy a robust benefits package including Medical, Vision, Dental, Short-Term/Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, and a 401K with matching contributions.
- CME Allowance: $5,000 for continuing medical education.
- Business Development Allowance: $5,000 to support your professional growth.
- Malpractice Insurance: Coverage provided by the practice with limits of $1M per occurrence and $3M aggregate.
- Memberships: All professional memberships and related expenses are covered by the practice.
