IT Specialist

We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist to join our team at TEKsystems. As an IT Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' technology needs.

• Interact with clients to understand their business environment, technical context, and organizational strategic direction.
• Collect, identify, define, and organize detailed user and information technology requirements.
• Coordinate and collaborate with others to analyze collected requirements and ensure plans and identified solutions meet client needs and expectations.
• Assist information engineers in applying special knowledge to coding, testing, implementation, and documentation projects.

• Active Secret clearance
• CompTIA Security+ certification
• Desktop support, troubleshooting, and help desk experience
• Skills in Help desk, Desktop, Active directory, Comptia, Hardware, Windows 7, troubleshooting, ticketing system, secret clearance, security+
