Punchh Platform Engineer

At Vaco, we're seeking a skilled Punchh Platform Engineer to enhance and support our customer loyalty and engagement solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with a focus on platform engineering and integrations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Punchh platform features.
- Implement and optimize APIs; assist with client integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Monitor performance, identify improvements, and optimize code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document technical processes.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 3 years in software development, focusing on platform engineering and integrations.
- Skills: Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript; experience with APIs (RESTful, SOAP); knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases; familiarity with cloud platforms is a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills for resolving technical issues.
- Communication: Effective verbal and written communication.
