Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Loan Administrator / Customer Service Representative III to join our team at Third Federal Savings and Loan Association. As a key member of our retail branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing banking transactions, and assisting customers with loan applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process banking transactions, including opening depository accounts and taking loan applications
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve sales and service goals
  • Stay up-to-date on banking products and services, making recommendations to customers as needed

Requirements

  • 6 months of recent retail bank teller experience
  • 2 years of recent experience working in a retail branch banking location on the platform with new account openings, loan applications, and customer issue resolution
  • Conventional first mortgage experience is a plus
  • Outstanding customer service skills, including professional grammar and demeanor, as well as positive, proactive, and friendly interpersonal skills
  • High School graduate or equivalent
