Position Overview

Vaco is seeking an experienced Service Desk Specialist to provide exceptional technical support for our client. This role requires a deep understanding of Azure and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality support for end users, both on-site and remotely.
  • Efficiently manage and resolve level 1-3 technical tickets.
  • Support Windows Operating systems and various software applications.
  • Administer and troubleshoot O365 issues, including Outlook and Teams.
  • Provide assistance with hardware and infrastructure, including VoIP phones and conference room equipment.
  • Manage Active Directory tasks such as user creation and password resets.
  • Utilize Azure services, including Azure AD and Virtual Desktops.
  • Assist with network support, including LAN/WAN troubleshooting.
  • Employ endpoint management tools for effective device oversight.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 years in technical support roles.
  • Proven experience with Windows Operating systems and O365.
  • Strong background in hardware support and infrastructure management.
  • Experience with Azure services and network configurations.
  • Familiarity with endpoint management solutions.
