The Vice President of Financial Operations will play a crucial role within the executive team, responsible for managing all financial activities, including taxation, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and financial disclosures.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in taxation, FP&A, and financial reporting, ideally within the private equity or infrastructure sectors.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with a history of managing high-performing finance teams.
- In-depth understanding of financial instruments, tax regulations, and reporting standards.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Education:
