As an Executive Kitchen Prep Specialist at Art & Jake's Sports Bar, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation. Your main duties include setting up cook stations, preparing food on the line, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards that comply with state and local food safety regulations.

• Setting up cook stations and stocking them with necessary prep supplies
• Preparing food on the line by cutting, mixing, chopping, and making sauces to quality guidelines and standardized recipes
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, including creating and following a restaurant cleaning checklist
• Handling and storing food safely and properly
• Taking inventory counts before and after shifts, completing food inventory or storage sheets

• Basic written and verbal communication skills
