Executive Salad Chef

At Art & Jake's Sports Bar, we are looking for a talented Salad Cook to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for preparing salads and desserts that exceed our customers' expectations.

Job Summary:

The Salad/Pantry position is responsible for preparing salads and desserts in our fast-paced kitchen environment. Key duties include cleaning vegetables, mixing ingredients, preparing plates of vegetables, preparing dressings, and replenishing supplies.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare salads and desserts to meet customer standards.
• Clean and prepare vegetables, fruits, and berries for salads.
• Mix ingredients for green salads according to recipe.
• Prepare dressings, such as Thousand Island, Ranch, and Bleu Cheese, to serve with green salads.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in food preparation and handling.
• Working knowledge of proper food handling procedures.
• Able to follow standardized recipes.
• Familiarity with working in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
