Job Overview

Compensation: $17.50 per hour

Monster Scooter Parts is in search of Ecommerce Support Specialists to assist with the daily sales and customer service operations of our online platform. The ideal candidate is a driven individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses a keen sense of practical problem-solving, alongside exceptional communication abilities and a genuine interest in understanding our products.

Position Details:
This is a part-time role with an anticipated schedule of 24-32 hours weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle sales inquiries and customer service communications via phone, live chat, and email.
  • Employ analytical skills to determine the necessary parts for customers based on provided information.
  • Provide updates on order status and address various customer inquiries through phone and email.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to troubleshoot customer issues and identify the correct parts for repairs.
  • Proactively recognize and resolve product and service challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or technical support is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A positive attitude and readiness to tackle challenges.
  • Resourceful and proactive in problem-solving, decision-making, and achieving objectives.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic and contributes to a positive workplace culture while seeking efficiency improvements.
  • Open to constructive feedback and willing to learn from mistakes.
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma, along with passing a background check.
  • Integrity in treating customers and colleagues with respect.
