Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Cook to join our team at Timbers Kaua'i at Hōkūala, a luxurious oceanfront resort in one of the world's most beautiful destinations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mise-en-place Preparation: Prepare all ingredients and tools necessary for the section to meet the highest standards set by the Sous Chef.
  • Produce and Equipment Management: Ensure efficient and accurate use of produce and equipment in and around the kitchen.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including sanitation, food handling, and fire emergency protocols.
  • Courteous Service: Provide a friendly, professional, and courteous service to all guests and colleagues.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Maintain good working relationships with your colleagues and all departments.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: One to two years of high-volume line cook experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read and speak fluently in English.
  • Maintenance Skills: Ability to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, you will enjoy:
