Research Focus:
The successful candidate will engage in research that may encompass various aspects of oceanography, including but not limited to the dynamics of mixing in large-scale ocean circulations, scale interactions, and the influence of ocean currents on climate predictions and historical climate patterns. The appointee will be responsible for delivering courses in geophysical fluid dynamics and other related subjects at both graduate and undergraduate levels, contributing to the academic development of students.
