- Guide the team in addressing project order and installation challenges promptly.
- Supervise the team's coordination efforts to ensure successful and profitable project execution, adhering to established timelines.
- Collaborate with the CCO General Manager to create and deliver key performance indicator reports on a regular basis as specified by management.
- Foster and maintain robust relationships with operations, internal departmental management, staff, national support teams, and manufacturing leadership.
- Ensure readiness for installation and monitor client payments to facilitate project or job closures.
