The primary objective of this position is to oversee multiple projects concurrently from inception to completion.

The Project Coordination Specialist will be tasked with managing the flow of each project, from the initial sale to the final installation, ensuring streamlined processes with minimal errors and maximum productivity.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in corporate or national initiatives aimed at process enhancement, offering insights and adjustments to operational policies and procedures.
  • Assist in training and implementation efforts to achieve improved profitability and efficiency in operations.
  • Identify and resolve project-related issues or discrepancies, formulating and executing corrective action plans.
  • Guide the team in addressing project order and installation challenges promptly.
  • Supervise the team's coordination efforts to ensure successful and profitable project execution, adhering to established timelines.
  • Collaborate with the CCO General Manager to create and deliver key performance indicator reports on a regular basis as specified by management.
  • Foster and maintain robust relationships with operations, internal departmental management, staff, national support teams, and manufacturing leadership.
  • Ensure readiness for installation and monitor client payments to facilitate project or job closures.
