Lead a Team of Sales Professionals

HART GROUP is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to lead our sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and supervising a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales and revenue.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Supervise and train a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and your own transportation.
