About the Role
We are seeking a talented Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team at SmartBear. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing your own pipeline of opportunities within enterprise accounts. You will work closely with our top account executives to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
• Create and manage your own pipeline of opportunities within enterprise accounts
• Close deals up to $25k
• Run upsell and cross-sell campaigns to boost IQC (In Quarter Close)
• Conduct a high volume of daily activities (60-80/day)
• Receive constant training and enablement on product knowledge and sales skills

Requirements:
• 10-12 months of SDR/BDR experience in the software industry
• Experience working with mid-market to enterprise accounts
• History of overachieving on daily, monthly, and quarterly KPIs
• Strong phone skills, including the ability to handle objections
• Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and 6sense (a plus)
• High coachability with a strong willingness to learn
• Passionate desire to continue moving up within a sales organization
• Local to our headquarters in Somerville, MA

Salary Estimate:
The estimated salary for this role is around $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
