Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on various customer equipment and tools.
• Maintain accurate records and electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) in a thorough and timely manner on a daily basis.
• Promote and demonstrate a diverse range of complex equipment to customers.
• When necessary, travel to customer job sites for the repair and maintenance of client-owned machinery; ensure that the service vehicle is kept clean and professional.
• Assist with the pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications:
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• 1-2 years of experience in the repair and maintenance of vehicles and equipment; or a graduate from a trade school.
• Must possess tools relevant to the position.
• Familiarity with construction equipment and a basic understanding of schematics and diagrams.
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Ability to frequently lift items weighing up to 45 lbs.
