Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our team at Conicelli Autoplex. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair vehicle malfunctions, following factory and dealership standards.
  • Perform road tests to verify customer complaints and ensure accurate diagnoses.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, production managers, and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Document all work performed, including repairs, inspections, and customer interactions.
  • Stay up-to-date with factory technical bulletins and attend training classes to enhance technical skills.
  • Supervise and mentor apprentice technicians as assigned.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every vehicle is treated with respect and care.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • A.S.E. certification preferred.
  • General mechanical skills and valid driver's license.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Working Conditions

The Vehicle Technician will work in an assigned stall with a vehicle lift, standing for six to eight hours per shift. The position requires lifting parts or supplies weighing up to 100 pounds, using a lift, hoist, and test equipment, and being exposed to noise, vibration, dust, exhaust fumes, and other hazardous materials.

The successful candidate will be required to wear a dealership uniform at all times and maintain a good work attitude, cooperating with fellow employees.
