The OpportunityDAT is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineering Lead to join our SRE platform team.
This position will work hybrid in Beaverton, OR; Denver, CO; or remote in Seattle, WA.
Key Responsibilities- Assist and respond to critical engineering incidents
- Lead and mentor SRE engineers to improve their technical skills
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for cloud infrastructure
- Spearhead major reliability-focused initiatives and projects
- Collaborate with platform architects and management to ensure reliability targets are met
- Migrate legacy systems to modern, scalable cloud environments
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, especially with SRE teams
- 3+ years of software engineering experience (JavaScript, Python, Go, C++, etc)
- Strong incident management skills
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS)
- Demonstrated success in leading large technical initiatives
- Proven experience migrating legacy technologies to managed cloud infrastructure
- Ability to work closely with both platform architects and management to drive key reliability improvements
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, automation, and best practices for reliability
