We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Women's Health Care Specialist to join our team at Tia. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to women of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive gynecological services, including annual exams, Pap smears, and birth control counseling
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of primary care concerns that affect women throughout their lifespan
  • Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to provide feedback and insights on our technology development cycles
  • Participate in the formation and iteration of our technology development cycles to ensure that our products meet the needs of our patients

Requirements:

  • Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner (women's health nurse practitioner or family nurse practitioner preferred)
  • Unrestricted license to practice in the state of California
  • Experience providing gynecology services, including STD screens, UTI & Vaginal infections consults, PID, Pelvic Pain, Vaginal Bleeding, Birth Control counseling, Annual Exams and Pap Smears
  • Comfortable working with a wide range of primary care concerns that affect women throughout their lifespan
  • Experience or formal training weaving integrative medicine practices into your care plan
  • Highly tech-savvy and comfortable working with electronic health records
  • Authorized to work in the US

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience performing colposcopies, biopsies, and IUD placements
  • Formal professional training in care delivery for women who have experienced trauma, decision making support for low-income women, care delivery for LGBTQ identified folks, care delivery for immigrant or migrant or english-as-a-second-language support populations
  • Strong understanding of and interest in chronic stress and trauma as it relates to immune system compromise and inflammatory response systems
