Park Specialist II

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Park Specialist II to join our team at the Arkansas Government Job. As a Park Specialist II, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, maintaining park facilities, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to park guests, including checking in campers, renting equipment, and answering questions.
- Maintain park facilities, including grounds, buildings, and equipment, to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as completing reports, preparing cash deposits, and entering time and leave data.
- Assist with special events and programs, such as guided tours and educational programs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of experience in customer service, clerical work, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of weather conditions.
Working Conditions: This position requires working in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold. The employee must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
