About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at GXO. Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the implementation of operational processes and procedures to ensure accurate inventory levels, timely order fulfillment, and efficient use of resources.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize warehouse operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all warehouse operations are conducted in compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a warehouse operations or supply chain management role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Proficient in warehouse management systems and handheld scanners.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. logistics, supply chain management) preferred.
