About the RoleIn this role, you will:
- Supervise a team of certified nursing assistants and coordinate personalized care for residents
- Manage staffing schedules, work assignments, and recruitment

- Implement innovative ideas and foster continuous improvement in systems and processes specific to skilled nursing facilities care
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An active state nursing license
- Experience in skilled nursing/rehabilitation facilities (preferred but not required)
