Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for demonstrating knowledge and love of the brand while ensuring each customer has an exciting and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming environment for customers and respond promptly to their inquiries and needs.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to deliver a great customer experience and assist in the location, availability, and selection of merchandise.
  • Use basic selling techniques to engage with customers and introduce current sales, promotions, credit card applications, and other brand initiatives to gain customer loyalty.
  • Follow the Company's Customer FIRST model and complete sales transactions and maintain proper accountability at registers.
  • Process merchandise returns and exchanges courteously and under company guidelines.
  • Speak positively about the brand, customers, and team members and demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and ownership in every interaction.
  • Maintain the visual standards for the selling floor, fitting rooms, visual displays, and presentations.
  • Assist in daily store recovery and adhere to company policies, procedures, and loss prevention practices.
  • Share feedback and ideas with management to improve store processes.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Minimum of one year of retail sales experience and previous cash handling experience is preferred.
  • Must be energetic and charismatic with strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to act with integrity and business maturity.
  • Must be able to complete sales transactions in the POS register system.
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to spend up to 100% of working time standing and walking.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
