Master Metal Fabricator

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Metal Fabricator to join our team at Personnel Services. As a Master Metal Fabricator, you will be responsible for performing a variety of metal fabrication tasks including welding, cutting, and assembling metal parts.

This is a full-time position that requires a strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision. The successful candidate will have experience working with TIG welders, plasma cutters, and hand tools. You will also be required to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

• Perform TIG welding on various metal components (stainless steel and aluminum) and structures.
• Set up and operate welding equipment, including TIG welders, plasma cutters, and hand tools.
• Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, grinding, and cutting.
• Fabricate and assemble metal parts according to specifications.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure welds meet required standards.

• Must pass welding test.
• Proven experience as a TIG welder or similar role.
• Proficient in TIG welding techniques and processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot welding issues.
