Job Responsibilities

  • Client Point of Contact: Respond to requests for proposals and implement bid strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Bid Qualification Process: Coordinate site visits, lead proposal-related meetings, and manage the bid qualification process for new opportunities.
  • Proposal Production: Oversee proposal production, review, and edit proposal content to ensure accuracy and compliance with requirements.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to support bid decisions as necessary.
  • Bid Management: Track submissions, utilize software tools for efficient client and bid management, and negotiate with clients on pricing and contract terms.
  • Strategic Planning: Drive strategic planning for successful bid submissions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Estimator or relevant work experience.
  • Experience in metal fabrication and compressor station equipment.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and strategically.
  • Excellent project management capabilities and able to meet deadlines.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
