As the Director of Educational Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in establishing a comprehensive and strategic analysis plan to evaluate the success of pedagogical initiatives across the institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing a comprehensive data analysis strategy to assess the effectiveness of educational initiatives and programs.
- Developing robust data models and predictive analytics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with institutional policies and industry best practices.
- Identifying and implementing emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance the analytical capabilities of the institution.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Education, assessment, statistics, or a related field; Doctorate Degree is preferred.
- Three to five years of related work experience in data analysis, educational assessment, or a related analytical role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively convey complex analytical findings to diverse stakeholders.
