We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Server to join our team and represent The Armory's Premium Experience program. This program is designed to provide an unparalleled concert experience for our most valued clients in a sophisticated and attentive environment.

Working in a concert venue offers a vibrant atmosphere with exceptional guests, all within a dynamic setting. The Server's primary responsibilities include serving as the main point of contact for suite holders and guests, greeting them warmly, taking food and beverage orders, preparing and delivering those orders, and catering to any special requests.

To excel in this role, you should possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills to ensure our guests enjoy a memorable experience from their arrival to their departure. The ability to adapt quickly and communicate effectively with a large team will be essential for your success.


Responsibilities:
  • Uphold and represent high standards of service
  • Welcome guests to the venue, serving as the primary contact
  • Familiarize yourself with menu offerings
  • Take food and beverage orders
  • Prepare and deliver orders efficiently
  • Manage tabs using the point of sale system
  • Maintain a clean and organized working area
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Ensure suite areas are clean and presentable before and after events

Schedule:
Day shift, Evening shift, Holidays, Monday to Friday, Night shift, Weekend availability

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Host or Server (preferred)
  • Professional appearance and attire

  • Demonstrable customer service skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Strong organizational skills to monitor surroundings
  • Good physical condition to stand and walk throughout the shift
