Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Runner to join our team at Live Nation Entertainment. As a Food Runner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform table maintenance duties according to company service standards, ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite manner, providing a positive experience for all patrons.
  • Maintain line of sight and atmosphere control by circulating through the work area throughout your shift, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
  • Keep the floor neat, clean, and free of food, trash, and other obstacles throughout your shift, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Clean all spills immediately, using floor signs to caution guests and staff, and put all trash and recyclable products in proper receptacles.
  • Clean and stock the line to par throughout your shift, ensuring that our kitchen is well-stocked and ready for the next service.
  • Stay informed of current menu items and descriptions, and follow private party service guidelines to ensure event success.
  • Assist other employees as needed, providing support and ensuring that our team is working together to deliver exceptional service.
  • Follow all safety standards, adhering to our company's commitment to providing a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Occasionally work special events that are scheduled throughout the venue, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements:
  • High volume kitchen operations experience, with a strong understanding of food service principles and practices.
  • Food service experience as an expeditor or server in a high-volume environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Sense of urgency, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Kitchen sanitation standards, with a strong understanding of food safety and handling procedures.
  • Critical thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to problem-solve and make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
