RER Solutions, Inc. is looking for a Sustainability Program Development Manager to lead our clean energy program. The successful candidate will provide support to the Division and the Division Director by coordinating budgeting, scheduling, staffing, and other activities across the organization.
This role involves communicating across divisions to coordinate requirements and objectives. The candidate will develop plans to include information such as objectives, funding, schedules, and staff. They will also identify, review, and select contractors and/or consultants to meet division needs.
Key responsibilities include recommending approaches and/or procedures or best practices to achieve division goals and objectives, conferring with team members to identify and resolve problems, and monitoring project costs to stay within budget.
The successful candidate must have strong written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and business writing expertise. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is also necessary.
The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. Our company offers a competitive compensation package, including benefits.
