We are seeking an experienced Epic Analyst to join our team at Woman's Hospital. As a key member of our Revenue Cycle team, you will play a critical role in planning, analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining Epic software applications.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary support contact for application end-users.
  • Identify and resolve issues that arise in your application area and impact other application teams.
  • Guide workflow design, build, and test the system, and analyze technical issues associated with Epic software.
  • Implement requested changes to the system.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Revenue Cycle or Health Information Management preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in an HIM, Information Technology, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Applicable Epic certification highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to build relationships across the organization.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
