We are seeking an experienced High Net Worth Producer to join our team at Novatae Risk Group. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit applications and supporting documents to insurance carriers.
  • Present accounts to insurance carriers and negotiate compelling programs.
  • Utilize expertise and relationships to secure high net worth clients.
  • Market new and renewal business in conjunction with designated sales teams.
  • Analyze current programs and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Order underwriting reports as needed and follow up on submissions.
  • Solicit new business through various sales and marketing techniques.
  • Coordinate administrative workflows with support teams to ensure prompt response to service issues.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge and experience with personal lines of property and casualty insurance.
  • Skilled in business writing and situation analysis.
  • Energetic and self-motivated individual with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication and sales skills.
  • P&C license and E&S licenses.

Qualifications:

  • Four-year college degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of relative experience in Wholesale Broker or MGA.
