About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled chemical sales professional to join our team at Shin-Etsu MicroSi as an Account Manager.

This is a sales-focused position, requiring the ability to leverage chemistry or chemical engineering expertise to create and close new opportunities while managing an existing customer base.

The successful candidate will provide technical solutions by thoroughly understanding application needs and parent company capabilities, influencing partners to support the final objective through technical expertise and strong business acumen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide subject matter expertise and technical support to customers and internal departments
  • Create, maintain, and manage product line/sales forecasts that meet agreed upon criteria for product groups
  • Capture, document, and report key sales process activities

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, goal-oriented, responsive, and able to adapt to an ever-changing sales environment. They must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to present complex information clearly and effectively.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in physical sciences or engineering
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a semiconductor environment
  • Sales experience with semiconductor packaging material, processes, or equipment is a plus

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
