Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, and maintenance staff, to ensure project success.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
- Prepare and present project reports, recommendations, and proposals to management and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project management, civil engineering, or a related field.
- State registration as an Engineer-In-Training (EIT) and progress toward registration as a Professional Engineer in the State of Washington.
- Washington state driver's license.
- Proficiency in CADD, Bluebeam, GIS, and Western Washington Hydrology Model.
- Experience with grant writing and funding sources.
This is a full-time position that requires occasional evening meetings and travel within the city limits. The incumbent will work in a standard office setting with frequent interaction with City staff and the general public.
