Job Description

As the Associate Director, Analytics, you'll play a key role in leading the development of data-driven solutions for our clients. Your objective will be to optimize the performance of media plans by managing data and insight delivery processes, inspiring creativity, and ensuring team success.

Key Responsibilities

Implement overall media measurement strategy on behalf of clients, including reporting, measurement, learning agendas, and test design
Understand core client challenges and develop relevant measurement frameworks that outline measures of success, in-flight optimization levers, and learning priorities
Work with internal and client teams to identify needs and analytics opportunities, developing tools, dashboards, and techniques to optimize media performance
Guide the creation of reporting through automated processes, consolidating data from many sources into a cohesive view of performance
Improve the quality of reporting by creating easy-to-follow weekly or monthly visual dashboards that important partners will use to make informed decisions

Requirements

6+ years of relevant media or analytics experience in an agency environment
Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (statistics, economics) or with relevant coursework
Understanding of digital planning and buying, with a focus on standard media metrics
Experience with data from digital media platforms (e.g. DCM, SA360, TTT, FB, etc.)
Knowledge of digital tagging, tracking, QA, and maintenance
Knowledge of Google Analytics/Omniture, Datorama, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or similar dashboard products
Knowledge of digital attribution methods, marketing mix modeling, measurement frameworks, KPI discovery, tracking implementation

Benefits

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $94,000-$152,375. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
