About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data-Driven Solutions Lead to join our team at Dentsu. As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for leading the development of data-driven solutions for our clients, including report automation and analysis, with the objective of optimizing the performance of media plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage data and insight delivery processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of insights to clients.
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to optimize media performance, including report automation and analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to identify needs and analytics opportunities, developing tools, dashboards, and techniques to optimize media performance.
  • Guide the creation of reporting through automated processes, consolidating data from many sources into a cohesive view of performance.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations for internal and external audiences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (statistics, economics) or with relevant coursework.
  • Experience with data from digital media platforms, including digital tagging, tracking, QA, and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of Datorama, Tableau, Google Data Studio, or similar dashboard products.
  • Knowledge of digital attribution methods, marketing mix modeling, measurement frameworks, KPI discovery, tracking implementation.
