Job Overview:

Tremco Americas is seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to support its SAP application system and ancillary software tools. This role focuses on FI/CO - Finance and Controlling with emphasis on SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall direction in the implementation of new SAP modules and releases, as well as 3rd party software tools.
  • Offer 2nd level help desk support, training, and assistance to users in the use of SAP business application software.
  • Act as liaison to software vendors and other users, actively participating in software and/or functional user groups.
  • Perform systems analysis, design, configuration, and programming tasks related to enhancements, interfaces, data conversion, and special reporting requirements.
  • Advise users on various alternatives to meet specified requirements, such as SAP baseline functionality & reporting, customized configuration, extracts to PC-based analysis tools, custom report-writing, complimentary software packages, and changes to business processes.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Design and assist users in designing and documenting business processes and procedures, developing training materials, and delivering training.
  • Perform thorough testing of new and revised system functions and reports, conduct quality assurance reviews of procedural documentation and training materials.
  • Lead projects/tasks in each functional area, such as sales & distribution, finance & accounting, or manufacturing.
  • Organize and lead user group forums to address issue management, field and manage enhancement requests, and facilitate information exchange among users within a given functional area.

Requirements:

  • A college or university degree in finance or accounting is preferred.
  • SAP Certification in RAR and related discipline or equivalent training.
  • 3-5+ years of leadership experience: manager, supervisor, group lead, etc.
  • 5+ years experience in a SR Accounting Role.
  • 7+ years of SAP implementation experience is preferred.

Work Environment:

  • Work remotely 90% of the time, with occasional visits to corporate office for project meetings.
  • Overtime, night work, and weekend work required for project work, problem resolution, or major IT upgrades.

Salary Range:$99,000 - $124,000.
