Home Health Nurse (RN/LPN) Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Nurse (RN/LPN) to join our team at Interim HealthCare. As a Home Health Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care, closely monitoring progress and recovery.
  • Assess and document patient conditions, reporting changes as needed.
  • Administer medication, insulin, and IV/fluids, documenting thoroughly.
  • Inspect and care for wounds, changing dressings and assisting with personal hygiene.
  • Collaborate with providers, aides, and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) or Associate of Applied Science in Nursing (AAS) required.
  • Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification.
  • Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations.

We offer a truly flexible scheduling model, with full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts available. Our Daily Pay option allows you to receive your pay on a daily basis, and we do not require overtime.
