POSITION SUMMARY:
Source One Payment Solutions Inc is a leading provider of merchant services, offering a comprehensive range of solutions including credit card processing terminals, POS systems, and Virtual Gateways to businesses across the United States.


ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The Merchant Account Support Specialist will be an integral part of our Operations Team, tasked with addressing the business and technical requirements of our expanding merchant clientele.

Your role will involve assisting current merchants with their service accounts through various communication channels, as well as providing support to sales agents.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Deliver exceptional client service to merchants through inbound communications.

2. Provide dedicated service and support to agents and partners.

3. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries while adhering to quality standards.

4. Address merchant inquiries and resolve support issues related to billing, account management, and troubleshooting.


5. Ensure timely handling of incoming requests and maintain communication with other departments and managers.

6. Accurately document and describe work using ticketing systems.

7. Regularly update the ticketing system with the status of ongoing issues and merchant interactions.

8. Conduct on-the-spot training and updates for Business Consultants.

9. Assist with the setup of equipment and services for merchants.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven customer service experience is essential.

- Previous experience in a call center, financial services, or e-commerce setting is advantageous.

- Strong commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with strong interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.

- Regular and consistent attendance is required.

- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not mandatory.

- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.

- Prior experience with CRM systems is preferred.

- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or Technical Support is preferred but not essential.

- Experience in the banking or credit card processing sector is beneficial but not required.

EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

- Familiarity with core customer service principles and practices is expected.

EMPLOYMENT TYPE:
Full-time

SALARY RANGE:
$12.00 to $17.00 per hour
