Diagnostic Sonographer

Sibley Memorial Hospital, a member of Johns Hopkins Medicine, is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Sonographer to join our team. As a Diagnostic Sonographer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality diagnostic images using sonography equipment and related techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and evaluate data using sonography equipment
  • Exercise discretion and judgment in performance of clinical examinations
  • Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care

Requirements:

  • Must have attended an approved school for Diagnostic Sonography or have equivalent experience
  • Registry eligible and pass boards within one year of employment
  • Current CPR certification required

Work Schedule:

Part-Time (30 hours per week), Every other Saturday and Sunday 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, plus 2 additional shifts during the week (either Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday) - evening shift 12:30 PM - 11:00 PM. Call is as needed including holidays.

Compensation:

Minimum $36.47 per hour - Maximum $60.17 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
