  • Lead and coordinate all on-site activities, including managing subcontractors, schedules, and budgets.
  • Maintain open communication with clients, architects, and designers, ensuring their vision is flawlessly executed.
  • Monitor project timelines and proactively resolve any challenges that arise.
  • Uphold our commitment to delivering homes that exceed client expectations in both form and function.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing the construction of custom luxury homes valued at $7M and above.
  • Exceptional eye for detail and a deep appreciation for quality craftsmanship.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate on-site teams and subcontractors.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-end projects simultaneously while maintaining strict quality control.
