Primary Duties:
  • Facilitating and coordinating Agile ceremonies to ensure team engagement.
  • Prioritizing features and user stories while assessing team performance metrics.
  • Collaborating with Product Owners to set priorities, engage in Sprint Reviews, and lead daily stand-up meetings.
  • Working effectively within cross-functional teams to enhance project outcomes.
  • Providing support to senior leadership and technical teams, ensuring alignment across projects.
  • Guiding teams through complex technical challenges and delivering solutions aligned with Agile practices.
  • Assisting teams in breaking down large objectives into actionable epics and user stories.
  • Managing user story documentation and updates in project management tools.
  • Preparing and presenting status reports and project deliverables.
  • Creating and delivering presentations for both working-level and senior leadership audiences.
  • Applying Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies in daily operations.
Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years in the IT sector, including two years as a Scrum Master.
  • Proficiency in Agile development tools such as GitLab, JIRA, Confluence, and Artifactory.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and capacity to cultivate collaborative relationships across engineering and management levels.
  • Ability to swiftly and accurately resolve project impediments.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on prioritization and multitasking.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and a responsible team player.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification as a Scrum Master.
  • Current security clearance.
