Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Rinker Design Associates in Northern Virginia. As a key member of our civil engineering services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulations.
  • Verify the accuracy of pay items and coordinate with contractors to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Oversee the installation and maintenance of erosion and sediment controls, as well as safety devices.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of projects and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Prepare inspection reports and maintain accurate records of project activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Valid Virginia Driver's License.
  • Virginia DEQ Inspector certifications (ESC, SWIN, and/or Dual Inspector).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
