We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Altais Health Solutions. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Answering Incoming Calls: Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding Altais policies and procedures.
- Documenting Call Information: Record all call details in our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborating with Internal Stakeholders: Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Providing Education and Support: Assist customers with enrollment and usage of our EpicLink system, and provide education on relevant topics.
- Meeting Quality and Production Standards: Adhere to established quality and production standards, and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
- Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare-related setting.
- ACD Software Expertise: Proficiency in ACD software, such as RingCentral.
- Medical Terminology: Knowledge of medical terminology, enrollment and membership activities, and claims processing procedures.
- Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish.
- Additional Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare-related setting.
- Advanced ACD Software Expertise: Experience with ACD software, such as Cisco Finesse.
At Altais Health Solutions, we offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
