Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients with cardiovascular conditions, including implementing and monitoring patient care plans.
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
- Licensed Clinical Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
