Salary
The estimated salary for this position ranges from $20.15 to $23.15 per hour, paid bi-weekly. Overtime opportunities are available during peak seasons, with the potential to earn an additional $300 per month. We also offer a competitive base rate between these two figures, based on experience and position.

Job Description
This role involves providing lock-out, fuel delivery, battery installation/removal, battery jump starts, and tire change services using established guidelines and quality control procedures. You will communicate with members effectively to keep them informed and ensure their safety. Sound decision-making regarding safe vehicle service and accommodating member needs is crucial.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you must possess a valid driver's license for the state where you reside, maintain all state and local licensing requirements, and pass a physical examination as required by the Department of Transportation and/or Company policy. Three years of experience in an automotive/mechanical environment or technical school, or a minimum of three years in a sales and/or customer service role, is preferred. Additionally, you should be able to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 75 pounds, bend, kneel, and balance to change tires, inspect vehicles, and push vehicles. Hand tool operation is necessary for providing service. Satisfactory pre-and post-employment screening results, including criminal, drug, and motor vehicle screening, are required. Effective written and verbal communication skills, including email and assigned technology use (GPS), are essential. Required departmental training courses within 60 days of hire and additional future department training as needed may require adjusting your schedule.
