We are a 5-star rated skilled nursing and assisted living facility seeking qualified nursing professionals to join our team.

Job Summary

We are currently seeking a skilled nursing professional to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. As a nursing professional, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Assess Patient Needs: Monitor patient conditions, identify needs, and develop individualized care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Provide Patient Care: Administer medications, perform routine procedures, and provide treatments as ordered by physicians.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Maintain a Safe Environment: Inspect facilities, maintain excellent hygiene and safety standards, and ensure a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Emergency Response: Provide immediate medical care in emergency situations and assist surgeons during operations.
  • Supervise and Train: Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Compassionate Care: Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
  • Licensure: RN or LPN license required. BLS certification preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
