Responsibilities- Provide direct care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility assistance.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each resident.
- Collaborate with other members of the care team to ensure seamless and effective care delivery.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- Must have successfully completed a state-approved nursing assistant program and passed the state test.
- Must maintain current certification in the state throughout employment.
- Must have no findings in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property.
