Job Description

As a Visitor Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our visitors have a positive and safe experience in our parks. This includes enforcing park regulations, providing information and assistance, and responding to emergencies. You will also be responsible for maintaining the appearance of our parks, performing maintenance tasks, and participating in special events.

Responsibilities

- Enforce park regulations and laws
- Provide information and assistance to visitors
- Respond to emergencies and incidents
- Maintain park appearance and perform maintenance tasks
- Participate in special events and activities

Requirements

- Valid Ohio driver's license
- Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy Certification
- Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay and Benefits

This is a temporary position with a competitive hourly rate of $15-$18 per hour, commensurate with experience. Temporary employees can work up to 28 hours per week. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous paid time off policy.
