Job Overview

The Account Executive is a key member of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our clients. This role requires a unique blend of sales, marketing, and customer service skills, as well as the ability to think creatively and outside the box.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Business Development: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to pursue them.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our services and attract new clients.
  • Account Management: Manage client accounts, ensuring timely payment and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including creative and production, to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous sales, marketing, or account management experience, preferably in the media industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Proficiency in sales software and Microsoft Office.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
